This year the AGM will be held on Sunday, 6th December at the Kapiti Community Centre, Ngahina Street, Paraparaumu, commencing at 2.00pm and will be followed by afternoon tea.

Please consider helping to run your Club, or perhaps you know someone you think might be interested.

Please note Clause 10.2 (d.) of the Constitution, which states one of the purposes of the AGM:  To decide on any motion, notice of which has been duly submitted to the Secretary at least fourteen clear days prior to the Annual General Meeting.

The AGM will be followed by afternoon tea and it would be appreciated if you would please bring a small plate of food to share.
